* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. A light glaze of ice is expected with up to one half inch of snow.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM EST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times.
