...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 9
inches. Locally higher amounts possible.

* WHERE...St. Clair, Macomb, Washtenaw and Wayne Counties.

* WHEN...From now through 4 AM EST Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy snow will continue through the
evening peak travel period and then diminish during late
evening. Plan on dangerous travel conditions and be prepared 
for significant reductions in visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible. If you
must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency.
