On Wednesday, Feb. 28, suspect José Gutierrez came into the Menlo Park Police Department to turn himself in regarding the shooting incident that occurred on Saturday, Feb. 24 on the 1100 block of Sevier in Menlo Park. Gutierrez was booked into San Mateo County jail without incident for charges of 246.3(a) PC - discharge of a firearm with gross negligence and 496(A) PC - receiving stolen property.
