Groveland St Water 
This message is from the Haverhill Water Department. The Water had to be shutdown on Claremont Avenue and Groveland Street from Mechanic Street to Moreland Street for emergency repairs. The water will be off for a few hours while repairs are made. When your water service returns there may be air in the line and discolored water.
