#044 Battery
Officers were dispatched to a large fight at a bowling alley in the area of Fremont Blvd. and Grimmer.  The main aggressors fled in a vehicle.  As officers were investigating at the scene, the suspects returned to the scene and started fighting again inside the bar area.  Ultimately, three victims were located who positively identified two 27 year old men as the suspects.  Both were arrested and booked after medical clearance for being involved in a fight.  K9 Officer Macciola investigated the incident.
 
#047 Complaint of Pain Collision
Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Mission Blvd and Mohave Dr. to investigate a collision involving a fully loaded party bus and another vehicle.  The passengers of the party bus began yelling and arguing with the other driver.  In the end, numerous people complained of pain and needed medical attention.  Officer Loughery investigated the incident.
 
#002 Armed Robbery
At 12:25 a.m., multiple officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Sundance Drive to investigate an armed robbery.  Officers arrived to the scene and learned the victims had just returned home and an unknown male suspect armed with a gun approached them in their driveway from the east side of their residence.  He demanded money while brandishing the firearm at the victims.  The two adult male victims complied and the suspect was last seen fleeing on foot into the darkness.  Officers learned the victims had just returned from a casino, and may have been followed home.  The suspect was described as a white male in his 40’s wearing a dark jacket and jeans. His face was concealed.
 
#035 Residential Burglary
Officers responded to the 36000 block of Nichols Ave to investigate a residential burglary.   Entry was made via glass break of rear slider. The incident occurred between 7:00 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. No cameras or suspect information.  Loss is $1k worth of coins, gold jewelry and cash. Investigated by CSO Goralczyk.
 
#037 Stolen Vehicle
A 1999 green Honda Civic (Ca lic #4HIS460) was stolen some time during the work day from the Ardenwood Park and Ride. No suspect info at this time. Investigated by CSO Spencer.
 
#042 Auto Burglary
Officers responded to the Northport Shopping Center Plaza in Warm Springs to investigate an auto burglary.  Two victims had their vehicle’s back windows smashed and items taken from within their vehicle.  The victims were away from their vehicles for about an hour. Loss is a laptop and cell phone. Thefts being investigated by CSO Spencer.

#010 Disturbance/Suspicious Circumstances
While officers were investigating the bove incident, a welfare check call came in at 10:13 a.m., with a possible discharge of a firearm.  Several officers were dispatched to an address in the 40000 block of Marcia Street and a perimeter was set up.   While a contact
team and plan were being developed, the suspect was reached by phone and it was learned he was not at the residence and would return as instructed.  After all was said and done, officers were unable to confirm any shots fired nor was there any other crime. Officers provided information for conflict resolution and documented the incident.
 
#012 DUI Arrest
At 1:03 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 38000 block of Mission Blvd. in Niles regarding a possible robbery.  Officers arrived and found a male with blood on his face, hands and shirt. Fremont Fire Paramedics responded and treated the male at the scene.  During the contact, the male had a hard time focusing on questions and had slurred speech.  The male originally told officers he had been robbed in Sunol but then changed his story.  The man's vehicle was stalled halfway in the parking lot and halfway on the sidewalk.  The front
of the vehicle had damage consistent with a collision.  A witness provided a statement putting the male behind the wheel of the vehicle and saw the engine smoking.  The male insisted he wasn’t driving and refused a field sobriety test.  The male was found to be on probation for a prior DUI.  At the conclusion of the investigation, he was arrested for DUI, DUI while on probation, driving with a suspended license for DUI and a probation violation. 
 
#014 Commercial Burglary
Unknown suspect(s) entered a business in the 4100 block of Bay Street and stole checkbooks and GPS equipment.  No signs of forced entry.  Investigated by CSO Tsai.
 
#021 Robbery
At 5:38 p.m., Fremont officers responded to a business in the 46300 block of Mission Blvd. to investigate an armed robbery.   A suspect came into the store and bought a bottle of Hennessy. The suspect then pulled a handgun out of his front waistband and pistol whipped an employee in the head. He pointed the gun at the employee and told him to open the register. The employee complied and the suspect walked out the store with about cash. He was last seen headed eastbound toward I-680. The suspect was described as:
A Hispanic or White male adult, approximately 24 years old, 5'7"-5'9"; average build with a short beard.  He was last seen wearing a black hat, black and white hooded jacket, a white T-shirt and dark pants.
 
#003 Customer Disturbance – Warrant Arrest
At approximately 12:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to a disturbance with a customer at a restaurant/hookah bar in the 39900 block of Mission Blvd.  The reporting party advised a male was causing a disturbance with customers and described him as last seen with no shirt on.  When officers arrived, customers pointed towards the rear of the lounge.  The male was located with no shirt on.  He was loud, belligerent and yelling.  He was escorted outside and found to have an active warrant.  The 32 year old Union City resident became aggressive and was arrested for the warrant.  He was booked into the Fremont Jail.

#011 Indecent Exposure
At 10:38 a.m. officers were dispatched to investigate the report of an indecent exposure at the Niles Community Park, located in the 37600 block of Third Street.  The reporting party and victim told officers the male drew attention to himself by yelling so that people at the playground would look at him while he was exposing himself in the driveway of the park near the bathrooms.  Officers arrived and made contact with the 49 year old adult male who was acting belligerent and aggressive.  He was positively identified and arrested for indecent exposure.  Officers are also recommending charges of a probation violation for being at the Niles Community Park, while he has a stay away order as part of his probation.  He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.

#012 Armed Robbery
At approximately 11:20 a.m., an armed robbery occurred at a business located on Lake Arrowhead Ave.  Two suspects entered a convenience store and one pointed a gun at the clerk taking cash and cigarettes.  Suspect #1 was described as a Black male adult, 5’11”, thin build, last seen wearing a blue sweater with lettering of “BACK WOOD” in red, and blue jeans.  Suspect #2 was described as a Black male adult, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, holding a cloth over his face, wearing black jeans and blue shoes.  They were last seen running on foot from the store.

#013 Located Run-Away Juveniles
At 10:03 a.m., Officer Calvin with FTO Kwok responded to a suspicious vehicle and associated shoppers inside in the 43900 block of Pacific Commons Blvd.  Multiple associated people were stopped during the investigation and two run-away juveniles were identified within the group.  No theft occurred and the juveniles were removed from the missing persons database. 

#006 Auto Burglary
An auto burglary report was called in at 4:36 a.m., in the 48200 block of Cottonwood St.  The reporting party told officers that suspects in an older model Jeep drove up to a vehicle on the street and ransacked it, before driving away.  The victim vehicle, a Nissan Sentra, had no forced entry and the doors were locked, with the exception of the driver’s door.  The suspects were described as a 30 year old Hispanic male with a medium build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a white female 5’6” with a medium building, wearing a grey tank top.  They both got out of the Jeep and ransacked the victim vehicle.  The vehicle which was seen leaving the area just before the first officers arrived on-scene.
