Menlo Park Police Detectives have located the AR-style rifle in the suspect’s residence that was allegedly used in the shooting incident on the 1100 block of Sevier Ave. The suspect, José Gutierrez, date of birth of 1/12/82 of Menlo Park is still outstanding.
