* At 1120 PM EST, radar indicated that heavy rain continues to fall
across the warning area. Rain and embedded thunderstorms will
continue into the overnight hours. This may result in another inch
of rain on top of what has already fallen. Runoff from this
excessive rainfall will cause flash flooding to occur.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Batesville, Bright, Versailles, Milan, Osgood, Dillsboro, Moores
Hill, Logan, Manchester, Sunman, St. Leon, Holton, Napoleon,
Millhousen, Rexville, Cold Springs, Penntown, Interstate 74 at US
Route 52, Friendship and Versailles Lake.
*Some roads in these locations are becoming impassible in places. please use caution.
