* Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms will impact the area this morning through this evening. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. This new rain is in addition to rainfall amounts averaging 1 inch that has already fallen, and may result in flooding on creeks and streams, especially those that flooded earlier this week.
* Heavy rainfall will result in flooding of low lying or poor drainage areas...and possibly flash flooding on smaller creeks and streams. Significant rises on larger streams and rivers will also be possible.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BOND ... CLINTON ... FAYETTE ... MADISON ... MARION ... MONROE ... RANDOLPH ... ST. CLAIR ... WASHINGTON
