On February 23, 2018, at 8:04 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a two vehicle accident with injuries on US 41 at the County Road 100 North Intersection. Upon arriving Emergency Service Personnel began working to treat patients while Deputy Bryan Small began an investigation into the accident. During the investigation Deputy Small determined that White 2004 Chevy Suburban was Northbound on US 41 and failed to stop for a Red 2009 Chevy Silverado pickup that was stopped at a red light at the 100 North intersection. The Chevy Suburban rear ended the Silverado and caused extensive damage to both vehicles. Four people were treated for non-life threatening injuries and transported to local hospitals for treatment.

During Deputy Small’s investigation he ran all participants through the BMV and discovered that the driver of the Suburban 34 year old Kevin Glass of Vincennes was driving his vehicle with a suspended license. Further during the investigation Deputy Small found probable cause to believe that Mr. Glass was intoxicated. At the conclusion of Deputy Small’s investigation Mr. Glass was transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated/ Controlled Substance and Driving While Suspended Prior. He has since posted a $650 bond.

Assisting Deputy Small with investigation were officers from the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office and Princeton Police Department. Also on scene were the Princeton Fire Territory and Gibson County Ambulance Service.
