Location: Discount Cigarettes, 5320 Old Redwood Hwy, Petaluma
Suspect(s): White Male Adult, 30’s, Brown Hair, Brown Fu Manchu Style Mustache
The suspect was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt with “Thrasher” in orange on the front, blue jeans, and black shoes. 
Suspect Vehicle:  Newer Model Honda Accord, 4 door, with orange and yellow dealership plates

Incident Summary: 

On February 23, 2018, at approximately 11:19pm, the described suspect entered Discount Cigarettes and requested to purchase a pack of cigarettes.  While the clerk was completing the transaction, the suspect removed two large racks of California Lottery Scratcher Tickets from the counter.  The suspect then ran out of the store and went to an awaiting vehicle, which was parked in front of the business.  The suspect got into the vehicle and the driver of the vehicle (unknown description) fled the area.  The vehicle was last seen getting onto northbound Highway 101, from Old Redwood Highway.

During follow-up for this investigation, it was learned the suspects were in the Santa Rosa area cashing in on winning lottery tickets.  At the time, the suspects had cashed in approximately $500 worth of lottery tickets at different locations. 

The Petaluma Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects.  If anyone has any information related to the identity of the suspects, they are encouraged to telephone Officer Sawyer, 707-781-1248.
