Vincennes woman arrested on DUI charge. 
On February 20th, 2018 at approximately 11:35 p.m. Sergeant John Fischer was patrolling south on US 41 near County Road 350 S when he observed a 2010 Toyota Tacoma make an unsafe lane movement. Sgt. John Fischer initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver as 48 year old Dana Cazel, of Vincennes. While Sgt. Fischer was speaking with the driver he had reason to believe the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Sgt. John Fischer conducted a roadside investigation and found probable cause to arrest Mrs. Cazel for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. Sgt. Fischer also issued a citation for unsafe lane movement. Ms. Cazel has since posted a $650 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
