Red Cross & City of #Stephenville will be opening the Senior Citizens Cntr as Shelter @ 4PM for those who need a warm place to sleep 
The Red Cross and City of Stephenville will be opening the Senior Citizens Center as a shelter for those affected by the power outages.
Red Cross will be setting up cots this afternoon around 4:00 for those that need a warm place to sleep tonight.
Erath County United Way will be providing sandwiches for those in the shelter.
