* WHAT...Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations of around one tenth are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central Illinois.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice will result in difficult travel conditions, including during the morning commute.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BOND ... CLINTON ... FAYETTE ... MARION ... MONTGOMERY ... WASHINGTON
