* WHAT...Mixed precipitation is expected. Ice accumulation from freezing rain of up to one tenth of an inch is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Missouri and south central and southwest Illinois.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon CST Wednesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wet roads may become glazed with ice. This is especially true of bridges and overpasses which will cool below freezing much faster than other road surfaces. Be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions.
