...A FLOOD WARNING FOR SMALL STREAMS REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM EST FOR EAST CENTRAL CALHOUN...RANDOLPH...SOUTHEASTERN RITCHIE... NORTHEASTERN POCAHONTAS...SOUTHERN DODDRIDGE...GILMER...LEWIS... BRAXTON...UPSHUR...NORTHEASTERN WEBSTER...BARBOUR AND SOUTHERN HARRISON COUNTIES... At 955 PM EST, although rain has move out of the area, stream gauges indicated that larger creeks and rivers continue to run high and will cause flooding problems. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Weston, Philippi, Glenville, Sutton, Audra State Park, Gassaway, Mill Creek, Jackson Mill, Dailey, Cedar Creek State Park, Stonewall Jackson, Rock Cave, Holly River State, Beverly, Junior, Burnsville and Lost Creek.
