In southeast Ohio, Athens, Gallia, Jackson OH, Lawrence OH, Meigs, Morgan, Perry, Vinton, and Washington. In southwest Virginia, Buchanan and Dickenson. With the ground being saturated from previous rains, coupled with streams and rivers still running high, this rain has the potential to cause flooding throughout the area.
