ACCUSED: Bruce Barba, Age 61, Darnell Roberts, Age 27, and Jamal Marcus, Age 26 all of Baltimore Maryland along with an unidentified black male

NARRATIVE:

On February 14, 2018 at approximately 4:48pm Sgt Brian Egan was on routine patrol in the Borough of Interlaken. Sgt Egan observed a vehicle commit a motor vehicle violation on Grassmere Ave and subsequently conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Grassmere Ave and Westra Street. While speaking with the driver in an attempt to identify him, the accused vehicle fled the stop and a brief vehicle pursuit resulted. The accused vehicle came to a stop on Bendermere Ave in the area of Westra Steet after striking a curb and becoming disabled. Two of the occupants fled on foot and one was apprehended a short time later.

Following a subsequent police investigation, the driver of the vehicle remains unidentified and wanted for multiple offenses. The remaining three occupants were all charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and Roberts was further charged with obstruction. In accordance with bail reform guidelines all three were released on criminal summonses pending a court date.
