...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...
The Flood Watch for portions of north central Maryland, Virginia,
and West Virginia has been cancelled. Heavy rain has pulled out of
the area. While a few additional showers can be expected this
afternoon and evening, flooding rains are no longer expected.
Area creeks, streams, and rivers will still be rising as recent
rainfall drains. Many will be near bank full. Exercise caution
around these waterways.
