The Perth Amboy Police Department is requesting your assistance locating missing juvenile Michelle Garzon-Fernandez.
Subject is a 13 year old Hispanic female, 5'0, 130lbs, brown eyes, and brown hair. She was last seen in the area of Charles St on the morning of February 10, 2018, wearing a black jacket, black leggings, a purple t-shirt, and white sneakers.
