Road Closing: Morgan Avenue – Adams St to Lorain Blvd is now open
On Monday, February 12th, 2018 from 8:00am to 5:00pm weekdays and continuing for the next few weeks, Morgan Street between Adams Street and the railroad tracks will be closed for new water main tie-ins from the residences.
The area of Morgan Avenue from Lorain Boulevard to Adams is open to normal traffic.
The contractor will make accommodations for school busses and EMS, but expect delays through the work zone.
