01/29/2018 @ 5 – 7:30 pm. An unknown suspect removed a Rolex watch that was left unattended in the apartment complex gymnasium. Loss $6K. #00659

01/29/2018 @ 4:41 pm. A man used an open front door to gain access and removed a cell phone from the front counter area. Loss $600. #00617

01/29/2018 @ 1 pm. A man removed a package from the mail room and fled the area on foot. The suspect was arrested on 01/30/2018. Loss $150. #00633

01/30/2018 @ 2:05 pm. A man removed packages from the mail room and fled the area on foot. Responding units located and arrested the suspect and recovered the stolen items. The suspect is responsible for three other similar incidents, refer to 18-00141, 18-00356, and 18-00633. Loss $44 (Recovered). #00632
