In anticipation of measurable snow Thursday night into Friday, the City of Garden City has declared a SNOW EMERGENCY EFFECTIVE 7 AM, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 9. For the safety of your vehicles and snow removal crews, parked vehicles are prohibited on any City side street until the Snow Emergency has been lifted. A Snow Emergency is automatically in effect whenever 3 or more inches of snow has fallen.
