SPD looking to identify a large dog that scratched/injured a toddler in the 900 blk of Kentucky Ave this afternoon. 
SPD responded to Memorial Medical Center this afternoon in regards to a large dog that scratched and injured a toddler in the 900 block of Kentucky Avenue. The dog is described as a large black male, with short hair, docked tail, wide head and a short snout, possibly a Rottweiler. Because rabies is still a possibility, we need to locate the dog.
