..COLD WIND CHILL VALUES AND SLICK SPOTS THIS MORNING...
The combination of cold air moving into the area and winds of 15
to 20 miles per hour at times will lead to wind chill values from
zero to the negative single digits. In addition, scattered snow showers
will result in rapidly changing visibilities and slick spots on
area roadways through mid morning.
Frostbite and hypothermia can occur if precautions are not taken.
Dress for the cold weather. Make sure you wear a hat and gloves.
Those traveling early this morning should slow down and allow
extra time to reach your destination.
