The combination of colder air moving into the area overnight and
wind gusts around 20 to 25 miles per hour at times will lead to
the potential for wind chill values around 0 to the negative
single digits. In addition, with the colder air moving in there
will be the potential for slick spots with any residual moisture
left on area roadways.
