Pasadena Police is asking for the publics help in locating a missing 21 year old resident (Returned home safely) 
Missing today since 1:00 pm is 21 year old Luis Fernandez. Luis is approximately 5'-8", 120 lbs, light complexion, black hair and brown eyes. Luis was last seen wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt, dark blue jeans and black/white Converse tennis shoes.
