MATTIE’S Call 18P05990 From RIverdale PD For Carose Carter 
The City of Riverdale Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating CAROSE CARTER, a disabled person, who was last seen on January 27, 2017 at approximately 1:30 p.m. at his residence which is located inside the city limits of Riverdale, Georgia 30274. The description of the missing person is as follows:
Black, Male, 74 years of age, Approximately 5’08” in height, 190 lbs., brown eyes, with a gray colored afro. Mr. CARTER has a scar on the back of his neck, just below his hair line and a surgical scar on his chest. Mr. CARTER suffers from Dementia and Alzheimer’s. Mr. CARTER was last seen wearing a dark blue suit jacket, green shirt, and dark blue suit pants. Mr. CARTER was last seen driving a silver in color 2009 Mazda 6 bearing Georgia Tag: BVP2671. Mr. CARTER was heading to Quiktrip located at 7350 S.R. Hwy 85, Riverdale, Georgia 30274.
