1/25 – 7:35 a.m. – Police investigated a traffic crash which occurred on South Jefferson Street at Van Buren Street. The driver of a vehicle on Van Buren began to enter the intersection as the other vehicle was turning onto Van Buren, striking the other vehicle. The driver of the vehicle which was struck, complained of head pain, and was evaluated by Millstadt EMS, but was not transported. Alyssa D. Hamkammer, 19 of Millstadt, was cited for Operation of Uninsured Vehicle.
