* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for... Eastern West Feliciana Parish in southeastern Louisiana... Southeastern Pointe Coupee Parish in southeastern Louisiana... East Baton Rouge Parish in southeastern Louisiana... Ascension Parish in southeastern Louisiana... Western St. James Parish in southeastern Louisiana... West Baton Rouge Parish in southeastern Louisiana... St. Helena Parish in southeastern Louisiana... Livingston Parish in southeastern Louisiana... East Feliciana Parish in southeastern Louisiana... Iberville Parish in southeastern Louisiana... Northwestern Tangipahoa Parish in southeastern Louisiana... Assumption Parish in southeastern Louisiana... Northwestern Walthall County in southern Mississippi... Pike County in southern Mississippi... Eastern Wilkinson County in southern Mississippi... Amite County in southern Mississippi...

* At 114 PM CST, emergency management and law enforcement reported minor flooding of roads, creeks, and low lying flood prone areas around the Baton Rouge area due to persistent moderate to heavy rainfall. Additional urban and small stream flooding is likely to persist or develop in many areas through much of the afternoon, especially near any creeks and rivers that are near bankfull or in minor flood levels.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Baton Rouge, Zachary, Baker, Mccomb, Denham Springs, Gonzales, Donaldsonville, Plaquemine, Port Allen, Jackson, St. Francisville, Clinton, Liberty, Greensburg, Napoleonville, Amite, Belle River, Oak Hills Place, St. Gabriel and Walker.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ST. JAMES
