There will be traffic and OWI enforcement this afternoon and evening!
With all of today's options for getting home safely, there's no excuse for getting behind the wheel after drinking alcohol. Driving impaired is never worth the risk, not to yourself or anyone else. Thanks to a traffic enforcement grant, extra officers will be on patrol with the goal of making drivers more diligent in their driving practices, reducing traffic accidents and arresting drunk drivers.
If you plan on drinking, designate a sober driver. Keep yourself, your loved ones and those who share the road, safe. Remember, buzzed driving IS drunk driving. 
So, please, buckle up, obey posted speed limits, pay attention to the roadway and drive sober or get pulled over. We're aiming for #ZeroInWI!
