One Injured In Single Vehicle Crash





Cass County Sheriff Richard J. Behnke reports that on 1/25/2018 at 11:40 A.M. his Office responded to a single vehicle injury accident on Robbins Lake Rd near Sears in Porter Township. The driver of the vehicle, 82-year-old Margaret Warren of Vandalia, was traveling northbound when her vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a tree. Warren was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash. Newberg Township Ambulance transported her to Lakeland Hospital in Niles for non-life threatening injuries. Deputies do not believe alcohol was a factor in this crash. The incident remains under investigation.
