Palmdale Station Detectives are looking for Richard Lopez. Richard is described as a 33 year-old male/Hispanic approximately 5’ 07” and 195 lbs, who has a shaved head and brown eyes. Richard is wanted for violation of a domestic violence restraining order and currently has a $120,000.00 warrant for his arrest. He is known to frequent 38300 block of 4th Street East, in the city of Palmdale.
