Press Release: Subject arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute

ACCUSED: Mallory Williams, Age 20, Marlton, NJ and Stamoutsos Gerasimos, Age 21, Brick, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On January 15, 2018 at approximately 3:30pm Ptl Zac Bell was on routine patrol in the Borough of Deal. Ptl Bell observed a vehicle commit a motor vehicle violation on Ocean Ave and subsequently conducted a motor vehicle stop on Ocean Ave in the City of Long Branch.
Further investigation conducted by the officers involved revealed the accused subjects to be in possession of controlled dangerous substances and drug paraphernalia. Gerasimos was subsequently charged with possession of CDS cocaine, possession of CDS with intent to distribute, possession of CDS marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, failure to inspect and obstructed windshield. Williams was charged with possession of CDS cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. In accordance with bail reform guidelines both of the accused were released on a criminal summons pending court date.
