Dave McClanahan, a Caucasian Male, 5'10" slim build with Alzheimer's but does know his name. Left his home in Los Altos at approximately 4:00PM today to an unknown location. Has no cell phone and no money. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and khaki pants. May be driving a dark blue 2006 Acura MDX, license plate: 5THW605.
