...DENSE FOG ACROSS PARTS OF CENTRAL ILLINOIS THIS MORNING... ...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON... The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 2 PM CST this afternoon.
* VISIBILITY...Visibilities will drop to one quarter of a mile or less.
* IMPACTS...Motorists are advised to drive with caution. Be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities and plan on extra time to arrive at your destination this morning.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CLARK ... CLAY ... CUMBERLAND ... EFFINGHAM ... JASPER ... RICHLAND ... SHELBY

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
