Incident in 1100 Blk of Shea has been resolved 
Subject was taken into custody without incident. He is currently being evaluated and the affected schools have been returned to normal status.

The Green Bay Police department is investigating a check the welfare complaint in the 1000 block of Shea Ave. Due to the initial information Jefferson Elementary School has been placed in lockdown as a precaution to ensure the safety of students and staff. The media is asked to stage at Velp and Shea. A PIO will be available at this location.
We are asking everyone to avoid the area until further notice.
