Ongoing snow will taper off from northwest to southeast during through the morning hours...with flurries likely lingering over portions of northeast Mississippi in the early afternoon. The combination of very cold temperatures and gusty northwest winds will produce wind chill values to zero or slightly below, mainly along and north of Interstate 40 through noon today. ...WIND CHILL ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST WEDNESDAY...
