...WINTER STORM GRADUALLY COMING TO AN END WITH BELOW ZERO WIND CHILL VALUES EXPECTED INTO WEDNESDAY... .A strong upper level disturbance is sliding through the Mid South early this morning as arctic air continues to spill into the region. Ongoing snow will taper off from northwest to southeast during through the morning hours...with flurries likely lingering over portions of northeast Mississippi in the early afternoon. The combination of very cold temperatures and gusty northwest winds will produce wind chill values to zero or slightly below, mainly along and north of Interstate 40 through noon today. ...WIND CHILL ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chill values expected between zero to five below zero into this afternoon and again tonight into Wednesday morning. The cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, Southeast Missouri and West Tennessee.

* WHEN....through 10 AM CST Wednesday.
