...DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS TO SPREAD ACROSS KANSAS TONIGHT & TUESDAY MORNING... ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY... ...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO NOON CST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow occurring. Very cold wind chills expected. Plan on slippery roads, especially during the morning commute. You should also be alert for black ice! Total snow accumulations of up to two inches are expected. Expect wind chills to range from 0 to 20 below zero.

* WHERE...Chautauqua, Montgomery and Labette Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until noon CST today. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times. The dangerously cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities and use extra caution while driving. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1. A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will combine to create dangerously low wind chills from 15 below to 25 below. Frost bite and hypothermia can occur if precautions are not taken.
