* WHAT...Snow occurring. Very cold wind chills expected. Plan on slippery roads, especially during the morning commute. You should also be alert for black ice! Total snow accumulations of up to two inches are expected. Expect wind chills to range from 0 to 20 below zero.
* WHERE...Chautauqua, Montgomery and Labette Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until noon CST today. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times. The dangerously cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties.
