East bound Higway 12 at Pennsylvania Ave is closed due to a major injury collision. The intersection is expected to be closed for several hours. It is currently not possible to access Fairfield on Pennsylvania Ave from Highway 12 and traffic is diverted to south bound Pennsylvania Ave into the county.
