Narrative:
 
On 12-01-2017, at approximately 2200 hours, deputies assigned to the Headquarters Patrol Station responded to the 3000 block of Almond Drive in Nyeland Acres reference a robbery. The victim was a Domino’s Pizza Delivery Person who was at the location delivering a pizza order.
 
The victim was approached by the three male suspects. During the encounter, the suspects physically assaulted the victim and took the pizza. All three suspects fled the area following the robbery. The victim attempted to follow the suspects, but stopped after two of the suspects threatened him with a knife and a handgun.  The suspects were last seen running on Almond Drive from the area.
 
Detectives from the Sheriff’s Gang Unit responded to assist with the investigation. Through the course of the investigation and the execution of a search warrant, all three of the suspects were identified.  On 1/3/2018, the three suspects were arrested.  During the arrest of Jose Ramirez, a large quantity of methamphetamine was located in his truck.  Detectives also identified all three subjects as gang members from an Oxnard criminal street gang.
 
Jose Ramirez was booked into the Ventura County Main Jail for PC 211/ Second Degree Robbery, PC 182(a)(1) / Conspiracy, PC 186.22(a) / Street Terrorism and HS 11378 Possession  of a Controlled Substance. Enrique Chavarria was booked for PC 211/ Second Degree Robbery, PC 182(a)(1) / Conspiracy and PC 186.22(a) / Street Terrorism. Jose and Enrique are being held on $500,000 bail. The juvenile was lodged for PC 211/ Second Degree Robbery, PC 182(a)(1) / Conspiracy and PC 186.22(a) / Street Terrorism.
