* WHAT...Rain will change to a period of sleet and freezing rain
late this afternoon and early evening, before a transition to
all snow. Total snow and sleet accumulations of 3 to 5 inches,
with ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch. A flash
freeze is possible overnight into Saturday morning as
temperatures plummet.
* WHERE...In Ohio, Meigs, Gallia and Lawrence OH Counties. In
Kentucky, Greenup County.
* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Saturday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for significant travel
impacts tonight and Saturday morning.
