Road Closure: US 101 northbound closed at Seacliff - heavy back up, avoid the area 
Hwy 101 northbound is shutdown at Seacliff due to flooding in the La Conchita area. CHP and Caltrans are working to close the highway at S/R 126. Motorists traveling northbound should avoid the area and use eastbound S/R 126 to Interstate 5 as an alternate route.
