1 injured in crash



Sheriff Richard Behnke reports that on 1/7/2018 at 2037 hrs his office was called to Pokagon Hwy, near Wilbur Hill Rd, in La Grange Township, Cass County Michigan, for the report of a personal injury crash. 27 yr old South Bend resident, Rodney Henley, was westbound on Pokagon hwy, when he lost control of his vehicle and slid off the road. He went down and embankment and his vehicle overturned. Mr. Henley was transported to Borgess Hospital for treatment of injuries. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor, and seatbelt was worn. At this time the case remains under investigation.
