On January 2, 2018 about 9:00 p.m. Central Marin Police dispatch received a call reporting a juvenile gathering in Larkspur. CMPA officers responded and found minors gathering on private property with alcohol. A citation for violation of Larkspur's Social Host ordinance was issued.
