* WHAT...Freezing rain occurring. Ice will make for slippery road conditions during the morning commute. Rain will change over to snow later this morning with 1 to 3 inches of accumulation expected.

* WHERE...Anchorage.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Side roads and sidewalks could be extremely slick. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
