On January 1, 2018, at 10:51 p.m. Deputy U.B. Smith conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of North Embree and West Warnock Street in Princeton, Indiana on a Grey 1998 F150 for improperly signaling a turn onto Warnock Street. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Smith identified the driver as 28 year old Kevin Morrow of Princeton. While speaking with Mr. Morrow Deputy Smith detected the odor of alcohol coming from the driver and with the assistance of Deputy Ben Kiesel they began a roadside DUI investigation.

At the conclusion of their investigation Deputy Kiesel placed Mr. Morrow into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Driving While Suspended Prior and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated. He remains in custody on a $650 bond.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
