...DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS EXPECTED THIS MORNING AND AGAIN TONIGHT... .As arctic air remains entrenched across the region, moderate winds will combine with cold temperatures resulting in wind chills of 5 to 15 degrees across much of southern Mississippi and southeastern Louisiana. ...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST THIS MORNING... ...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM THIS EVENING TO 9 AM CST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. The cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin. Expect wind chills to range from 5 above zero to 15 above zero.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana, southeast Mississippi and southern Mississippi.

* WHEN...From now until 10 AM this morning, and from 8 PM this evening to 9 AM Tuesday.
