...Light freezing rain, patchy freezing drizzle possible over portions of north Mississippi this morning... ...Bitter cold wind chills over northeast Arkansas, the Missouri Bootheel and northwest Tennessee this morning will spread through all the Midsouth tonight and Monday night... .Light freezing rain, freezing drizzle or sleet may move into north Mississippi this morning, producing accumulations of ice ranging from a trace to a few hundredths of an inch. These light accumulations of ice may create slick spots bridges and other exposed objects. Bitter cold Arctic air will continue to build into the Midsouth over the next few days, with subzero wind chills expected over all the Midsouth late tonight and Monday morning, and again late Monday night into Tuesday morning. ...WIND CHILL ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Wind chills of zero to 10 below zero.

* WHERE...Northeast Arkansas, the Missouri Bootheel and Northwest Tennessee.

* WHEN....This morning, late tonight into Monday morning, and late Monday night into Tuesday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin. Wear proper clothing. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
