Those needing shelter during this severe cold weather are reminded that the Library is open during the day, Tuesday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. However, due to the Holiday the Library will be closed on Saturday, December 30th.
The Rochester Community Center located at 150 Wakefield Street will be a 24 hour warming center. Somersworth residents who wish to go to the warming center need to first contact the Somersworth Police Department (692-3131) or the Somersworth Fire Department (692-3456) for information and assistance.
Please look out for your neighbors and family who may be in need of special attention during this cold spell.
