#009 Resisting Arrest
Officer Gallagher attempted to stop a well-known male who continually flees from us. Today he was able to escape after dumping his bike and fleeing into the industrial area of Grimmer/Industrial. The incident was documented.
#014 Chain-Snatch Robbery
A female walking with her small child in the Sundale area reported that a male pushed her and snatched the gold chain from her neck. Shortly thereafter, Traffic Officer Ramsey located a male, matching the suspect description. When the male saw officers, he immediately started jumping fences. Officers recognized the male, as he was well-known to the area. A perimeter was established and after jumping several more fences, he was eventually arrested as he tried to flee eastbound across Fremont Blvd at Stevenson Blvd. One officer was slightly injured during this incident.
#001 Residential Burglary
Officer Austin investigated a residential burglary reported in the 5500 block of Clove Hitch Loop. The residents returned after being gone for several days to find their home burglarized. The loss has not yet been determined. Entry was made via a broken window in the front of the home.
